The cost of the move with Omega Toronto Moving is based on hourly rate, packing materials supplied, travel time and fuel surcharge. Hourly rate depends on a number of the movers requested and size of the truck. Travel time is the time it takes a mover crew to get to the origin of the move, and back to our facility from the move destination.
We do not charge extra for stairs, long walks, appliances etc. There can be a surcharge applied for relocation of oversized and overweight items like pianos, some fitness equipment etc., especially where stairs are involved.
In some cases the households must be stored in the truck overnight, e.g., when closing contract on a new home is delayed or when during long distance move a truck is loaded one day and can be unloaded at new location on the next day only. In such cases an overnight truck storage fee of $100 will be applied.

Payment for the services provided is usually requested in the form of cash, certified cheque or money order. Exceptions to this rule are usually cases when a move is subsidized by the government or by an employer. In such cases we accept also Visa, American Express and Master Card.
